Your business will get a dedicated ‘@VATahntara’ email, a shared calendar, and a ‘To be Approved’ folder where we can manage everything effortlessly.

The ‘To be Approved’ folder is where we’ll handle all passive communication—no need to drain your social battery! This is where I’ll put customer quotes, social media posts, emails to your subscribers, and more. Over time, this process will become faster and more streamlined as I get to know your business inside and out.

Everything will be managed by me, leaving you free to check in whenever you like. Ideally, a quick morning and evening glance at the folder and calendar will keep you in the loop.

  • I offer optional auto-forwarding to keep you informed on all emails.

    While you won’t have direct access to my email account, you’ll still have a full view of client interactions if you’d like. You can communicate in this email chain too. The goal is to free your time and mental load - so I’d recommend only doing this whilst we are getting to know each others work style and if I have leave planned.

    You will not have access to my calendar as I work with shared events that can be added to whatever calendar you already use.

    You will still have complete access to your social media.

  • It’s really up to you! We can have weekly or monthly check-ins, or none at all if that suits you better. I’m always available (within reason) for a quick message or call, though I prefer to keep things within my working hours.

    We’ll primarily communicate through email, scheduled calls and Google Chat if you have an account.

  • Specifics regarding my working hours and availability are outlined in our contract. I work Monday to Friday but the hours within that are specific to where I am based and what your business needs.

    I work remotely while traveling but I make sure your business is checked on at least twice a day during your local hours. All customers are replied to within 24 hours, apart from weekends and planned leave. My work phone has notifications on 24/7 for anything urgent, so even though I’m remote, your business is always a priority. I schedule my day to fit around your needs, ensuring you get the support you need, no matter where I am.

  • Getting started is simple! First, book a discvoery call with me through this website to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good match.

    Once we finalise the contracts, I’ll set up your new email and get started right away.

  • My rates start at $420NZD/$380AUD/$250USD/£195GPB per month. We’ll go over pricing during our discovery call, where I can provide a detailed breakdown of your options.

    I’m committed to being flexible and can adjust packages to accommodate your budget. My pricing is determined by several factors, including the size of your business and the services you require, ensuring that you receive the support you need at a price that works for you.

    My pricing reflects the professional service I provide, covering the costs of the tech storage, setup, and maintenance. It also accounts for my flexible working hours and any additional support from any subcontractors, ensuring you receive comprehensive assistance. Additionally, my rates consider the costs associated with being a freelancer, allowing me to deliver the quality and reliability you expect.

  • No, there’s no booking system to switch over to! You can keep using your current email, calendar, and systems. When we start working together, client emails will simply be redirected to me. If we stop working together, everything can return to how you were running your business before.

    We will have seperate calendars that have shared ‘events.’ This is how you will see everything I input into “our” calendar.

    If I have planned leave - all emails can be auto forwarded to you or you can change the email you give out to your clients, temporarily.

  • Yep, I only work online. This setup lets me support tattoo artists from anywhere, making it easy to connect and get the assistance you need, no matter where you are!
